I had a nice size, unique room with a good night's sleep. the location was wonderful, close enough to nearby restaurants and other areas of town.

It was a nicely decorated place, had outstandingly friendly staff in assisting me both in hailing a cab or making trip reservations. The rooms were large and unique with the bathroom as well as classic design😃❤

The venue is overall clean, with perfect and excellent location near to Santa Lucia and the main sites and interesting neighborhoods...

The location was jaw-dropping, right in the heart of a vibrant area with museums, parks, and the river nearby. The staff, including Leonard and Peter, provided mind-blowing customer service. Breakfast was super delicious and their eagerness to help organize a taxi to the airport was a big plus. Free wi-fi, comfy beds, and a stylish design made this hotel a top choice.

The hotel's decoration is simply charming, with its mix of modern and traditional elements. The general areas are beautifully maintained and offer a cozy and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I particularly appreciated the hotel's accessibility for people like me. The hallways were wide, making it easy to navigate with my walking stick, and there were handrails along the stairways for added support. The staff was also very attentive and always ready to assist me when needed.

It would have been perfect if the signage within the hotel was clearer. As a senior person, I found it a bit challenging at times to find my way around, especially when trying to locate amenities like the restaurant or spa.
